Prosperity Heights School is a small, close-knit, culturally diverse neighborhood school of 332 students. We ensure personal attention for every student. Prosperity Heights provides children with a top quality, individualized education in a safe and respectful environment. Most apparent at Prosperity is the focus on maximizing each child's abilities with an array of choices for all types of learners.

The school's English Language Learner staff works closely with classroom teachers on Readers and Writers Workshops, programs designed to enhance a student's literacy skills. Trained tutors reinforce student learning and provide services to students needing additional help. Technology is available to enhance learning in all subjects.

Because the school is located near home, families feel comfortable participating in their children's education through the Parent/Teacher Group, Site Council, volunteering, attending parent/teacher conferences, and other school wide activities. The school also has a Parent Resource Room to help parents assist their children with homework.
