Adult Learning Opportunities To serve Saint Paul residents of all ages, the school district offers a variety of programs for adults who want to improve their skills or learn new things. |

English Language Learner Programs English Language Learner (ELL) Programs offer a wide variety of services for students whose native language is not English. The primary goal is to help students develop their English language skills so that they can successfully participate in mainstream classrooms. |
Students with Special Needs Families with children who have special education needs, health-related needs or accessibility needs and require, or will require, special education services or supports, should contact the principals at their schools of choice before completing their school application to find out whether those schools can provide the needed services or supports available. |
Title 1 Title 1 services are provided for public and non-public school students and their families in eligible schools. These services vary from school to school and include academic assistance, parent education and counseling. |
Discovery Club Discovery Club is a fee-based program that provides extended-day programming before and after school at several Saint Paul elementary schools. |
Students with a Health Condition Families are encouraged to provide health information, medications and special procedure information to the school nurse. This information will allow the school to provide your child a safe learning environment. |
