Cleveland School - Aerospace Program 7-8 -- Cleveland School provides a small school atmosphere with big school opportunities. Cleveland is part of the Achievement Plus initiative, a public-private partnership that raises student achievement by focusing on three major efforts: academics, extended learning, and learning supports for students and families. Beginning in fall 2008, Cleveland will be home to the district's only junior-high-level aerospace program, a continuation of the popular and successful aerospace program at Farnsworth Elementary.

Crosswinds International Baccalaureate 6-10 -- Crosswinds East Metro Arts and Science School is a year-round secondary school serving students from St. Paul and 9 surrounding suburban member districts. It is the only school in the State of Minnesota to offer the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, years 1 (6^th grade) – 5 (10^th grade), housed in one building.

Murray Junior High School 7-8 -- Murray Junior High School offers a full range of academically challenging coursework with a focus on math and science in a structured, safe and positive learning environment. Challenge level English and social studies prepare students for college preparatory coursework in high school including International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), Quest, Post-Secondary Enrollment Options and other accelerated programs.

Open School K-12 -- Open School's progressive programs are rooted in the tenets of open and constructivist education and self-directed learning. The district's only K-12 school, Open's academic program is designed for self-motivated and independent learners who want a family-like environment.
